Oil Cooled Rectifiers
EE&ME Oil Cathodic Protection Rectifiers are designed for harsh conditions including high levels of dust, saline, corrosive, abrasive, excess moisture or high electrical discharge environments. These conditions would reduce the operating lifespan of the normal units. However, EE&ME Oil Rectifiers have been installed in these environments such as oil tank farms, jetties, oil platform, pipeline, refineries, etc are still in operation this day.
Types of control include tap switches, links, variable transformer, thyristors or switch mode. Automatic with manual override is standard and scada/transducers signals are optional. Aluminium and Stainless Steel Tanks are available as required and sunshades are standard. Unit ingress protection are designed up to IPW66 and operating ambient temperatures up to 50ºC.
